Mona Barakji

Mona started working as a dental receptionist in 2019. Soon with the dedication and the hard work Mona was promoted as a practice Manager. Mona manages the practice and is responsible for handling the financial accounts, patients appointment, patient recalls, staff management and the H.R. Mona likes the daily interactions with the patients and understands the importance of keeping calm and sympathetic approach to the patients in pain, suffering from dental phobia or Anxiety. Mona enjoys training new staff member and plays an important role in their induction and training . Apart from Work, Mona is at university studying to be an accountant. She enjoys holidays and cinemas.
